Preparation / Directions:Put the oatmeal in a thick-bottomed saucepan and shake it over the heat until crisp. Beat the cream to a thick froth in a separate bowl and stir in the toasted oatmeal, sugar, rum and fruit. Serve at once. Very rich but scrumptious.
