French toast, version de Kurabiye

Easy and tasty fast dessert for casual recevings
 

Ingredients:


1 package ready sponge cake

1 package pistachio paste enough to spread 1 layer of the cake

3 large eggs

1/2 cup cream

1 tablespoons olive oil to fry

1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon mixture to dust

1/4 cup nuts to spread on top

1 cup banana or red fruits mixture

1 cup vanilla ice cream if you wish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat cream and eggs in a deep bowl Spread pistachio paste on one layer of cake and put other layer on it. Press lightly two layer .Cut into 6 slice.Deep into the egg cream mixture one by one.Dust two sides with mixture of sugar cinnamon.You can do it without sugar.İts egough good to taste too. And fry them.SErve with banana or red fruits and some cream or vanilla ice cream
