Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter -- melted

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

3 Ounces cream cheese -- softened

1 Ounces blue cheese -- crumbled (l/4 cup)

1 cup milk

20 Ounces frozen chopped broccoli -- cooked and drained

1/3 cup rich round cracker -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a saucepan blend butter, flour, and cheeses. Add milk; cook and stir to boiling. Stir in broccoli. Place in 1-quart casserole; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
