Ingredients:


1 cup mashed potatoes

1/3 cup matzo meal

2 tablespoons potato starch

1/2 small onion -- finely chopped

2 large egg whites *note

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon pooon salt

1 cup steamed broccoli -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon a few drops of oil -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


*note - Or use 1/4 cup Passover egg substitute
