Broccoli And Cheese Soup

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons oil

6 tablespoons onion -- chopped

2 Cans chicken broth

4 ounces fine noodles

1 packages frozen broccoli -- chopped

3 Cup milk

8 ounces Velveeta.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onion in the oil until transparent. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and broccoli. Cook approximately 5 minutes then add milk and velveeta. Heat until cheese is melted.
