Ingredients:


1 pound Broccoli -- pieces or spears

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice -- fresh stuff!

2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

1 Stick Butter

1 teaspoon salt and Pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook broccoli according to package directions (supposed to use 1 bag frozen broccoli; use fresh) until tender crisp. Drain well. In small bowl, cream butter add mustard and lemon juice. Add mustard mixture to broccoli in pan, heat til melted. SEason with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well and serve.
