Preparation / Directions:In a heavy, 12 inch skillet heat olive oil over moderate heat 1 minute. Add onion, garlic, water, broccoli, red pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Cover skillet; reduce heat to low and cook 6 to 8 minutes longer, stirring often, until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
