Preparation / Directions:
1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
2. In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
3. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over noodles.
4 servings. Recipe may be doubled. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Tip: to make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hour.
