Broccoli Rice Casserole |

Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 stalks celery chopped |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 cups minute rice |
1 package frozen chopped broccoli |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup Sliced cheese |

Preparation / Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in butter. Cook rice according to package instructions. Mix all the ingredients (except for sliced cheese) together in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Top with slices of cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted. Serve.
