Brownie Peanut Cups

Ingredients:


15 Ounces brownie mix

1/3 cup water -- very hot

1/4 cup oil

1 large egg

12 pieces mini peanut butter cups
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper cups. Combine mix, water, oil, and egg with spoon. Fill cups. Press peanut butter cups until top edge of candy is even with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not overbake.
