Mexican Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:


1 cup cocoa

3/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups sugar

7 large eggs lightly beaten

1 tablespoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cocoa with butter, stirring until smooth. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, and sugar. Stir in cocoa mixture, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13x2-inch baking pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
