Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and brown sugar with electric mixer. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir creamed mixture into dry mixture. Add chocolate morsels and mix well. Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" buttered baking dish. Bake about 25-30 minutes for moist, chewy brownies. Remove from oven and sprinkle with butterscotch morsels. Let sit until melted and spread over brownies. Serve cut into squares.
If microwaved, approximately 12-15 minutes.
