In-n-Out Double-Double Hamburger |

Ingredients:
1 medium plain hamburger bun |
1/3 pound ground beef |
1 Dash salt |
1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing |
1 large tomato slice (or 2 small slices) |
1 large lettuce leaf |
2 slices American cheese |
1 whole onion slice (sliced thin) |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Lightly toast the both buns, face down in the pan over medium heat.
2. Salt each patty and cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side over medium heat..
3. Flip the patties over and immediately put two pieces of cheese on each one. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Build the burger in the usual form.
