Ingredients:
1/4 small chop green pepper |
1/4 small onion |
2 pound ground meat. |
1 large beaten egg |
2 teaspoons chill powder |
2 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste |
1/4 cup cracker meal or crumbs |
1/4 cup catsup to moisten mix well |
--- make into patties fry until crusty. add the sauce -- cook slowly for 45 minutes. |

3/4 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. chili powder Medium size onion 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. Gravy Master Catsup and water to cover well
This is excellent served over mashed potatoes or rice.
