Pineapple Burgers

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 can sliced pineapple (8 oz.) -- drained

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup catsup

1/4 cup prepared mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties. Place a pineapple slice on 4 patties; top with remaining patties, and seal edges. Place patties in a skillet over medium heat; cook about 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Combine sugar, catsup, and mustard in a small saucepan; simmer 5 minutes, and pour over patties.
