Ingredients:


1 pound unsalted butter

1 ounce garlic

1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


cream butter in a food processor, until quite smooth add remaining ingredients and process until well blended form into a 1-inch diameter log wrap in plastic and chill until firm cut into 1/4-inch slices serve slightly chilled
