Chile Butter For Corn

Ingredients:


1 stick butter unsalted

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

1 1/2 teaspoons chile powder

1/2 teaspoon lime juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Let butter soften to room temp. Mash up all ingredients with your hands and pack into a der der. Refrigerate until good and solid. Peel off der der.
