Preparation / Directions:Cook bacon in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. Set bacon aside. Combine 1 tbs. of bacon drippings in slow-cooking pot with sugar, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar; add cabbage and onion. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle cooked bacon on top
