Ingredients:


2 pounds cabbage

2 tablespoons dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut cabbage into 1-inch slices combine cabbage and water to cover in a saucepot, over a high flame bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute remove from heat and drain well combine remaining ingredients-mix well pour over cabbage cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve chilled
