Preparation / Directions:1. Heat oil in large skillet; sauté onion, celery and bell pepper until golden.
2. Stir in beef; sauté until red color disappears.
3. Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and steak sauce.
4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness.
5. Serve with crackers or rice.
