Baked Onions A La Jeannine

Ingredients:


1 tablespoons dried mint

2 medium Onions - med. - one for each person

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 pieces Reynolds cooking bag - turkey size

1 tablespoon flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Clean onions and cut off ends so onions will stand straight up. Put butter or margarine on top of onions. Put mint or rosemary or any seasoning you like on top of the margarine. Place in cooking bag that has been shaken with flour. Salt to taste. Seal bag and punch 12 holes in top of the bag with a carving fork. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, or until onions are tender.
