Cajun Roast

Ingredients:


1 medium shoulder roast

1 cloves fresh garlic

1 medium green onions

1 can hot green peppers

1 medium green pepper

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup white wine

3 medium potatoes

2 medium carrots

1 pint fresh mushrooms
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut small slits on both sides of roast and stuff small slivers of garlic, green onions, peppers and hot peppers inside. Salt and pepper roast. Put roast in turkey bag, coated with flour. Pour Worcestershire sauce and wine over roast. Punch holes in bag. Put potatoes, carrots, in bag. Bake at 350F for 2-3 hours. During last 30 minutes of cooking, add mushrooms and green onions on top of roast.
