Preparation / Directions:1. Season turkey slices.
2. In large skillet, heat oil and butter; sauté turkey 2 minutes on each side, then remove and keep warm.
3. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Serve sauce over turkey slices.
