Turkey Slices With Green Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon green peppercorns

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 medium green onions -- minced

1 cup white wine -- dry

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 pounds turkey breast -- thinly sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Season turkey slices. 2. In large skillet, heat oil and butter; sauté turkey 2 minutes on each side, then remove and keep warm. 3. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer 5 minutes. 4. Serve sauce over turkey slices.
