Preparation / Directions:Simmer the beans in soy milk for a few minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic, sage and onion and continue to simmer until the beans, pepper and onion are cooked.
Add the corn and cook for no more than 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if so desired before serving.
