Crawfish tails and rice | |||||||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:In a large pot Saute' bell peppers and onions in olive oil until tender
Add all soups and ro-tel
simmer 15 min stirring occasionally
rinse crawfish tails in colander,shake off excess water and add to pot.
simmer for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
