Ingredients:


1 cup peanut brittle

1 package angel food cake

2 cups whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine whipping cream and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat until stiff. Gently fold in peanut brittle. Frost top and sides of cake with mixture then chill before serving.
