Applesauce Cake (Moist And Fragrant) |

Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
3 cups flour |
3 large eggs |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups raisins -- chopped |
1 teaspoon cloves |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon cocoa |
3 cups cooked apples or applesauce |
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts |

Preparation / Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well and add in applesauce. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and raisins. Pour batter into floured and greased bundt pan, and bake for 2 hours in a 250 degree oven.
