Preparation / Directions:Cream the shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add bananas and
sour cream or yogurt. Sift remaining ingredients together to make batter.
Butter
and flour a 9-inch tube pan. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 degree until golden
brown, about 50 minutes. Cool for five minutes. Turn on rack.
