Preparation / Directions:Beat sugar, eggs and oil. Add grated carrots, sifted flour, baking powder,
baking soda, salt
and cinnamon. Fold in chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F. for 35m inutes in greased
9x13" pan.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
