Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

Ingredients:


2 cups sugar

3/4 cup oil

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups zucchini -- shredded

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together. Mix dry ingredients. Add alternately to zucchini mix with milk. Butter 10" Bundt pan. Shake bread crumbs over butter. Pour out excess. Bake at 350~ for 50 - 60 minutes. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
