Cranberry Sauce Cake

Ingredients:


3 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

16 ounces whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 cup pecans -- chopped

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 medium grated rind of 1 orange

3/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt to combine; add cranberry sauce, pecans, mayonnasie and rind; mix well. Stir in juice. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan and bake for 45 min., or until cake tests done. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' suga
