Fig Cake

Ingredients:


2 cups sugar

1 cup cooking oil

3 large eggs

1 pint mashed figs

2 cups flour

2/3 cup butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cups pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together in order. Pour into 9 x 13 glass pan or tube pan. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
