Preparation / Directions:Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold in eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, pineapple with juice, pecans, and bananas. Blend well and divide into 3 nine-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool cake thoroughly before frosting (Cream Cheese Frosting -- see recipe).
