Jello Pistachio Pudding Cake

Ingredients:


1 package jello instant pudding mix

1 Package layer size yellow cake mix -- (4 serving) size

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

4 large eggs

1 1/4 cups water

1/4 cup oil

7 drops green food coloring optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients blend, beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
