Preparation / Directions:
Prepare instant vanilla pudding mix according to pkg. Instructions. Set aside.
Cut ladyfingers into cubes. In a 2 quart serving bowl, layer half of the cubed lady fingers. Sprinkle w/ half the sherry. Dot with half the preserves. Top w/ half the kiwi and half the almonds. Pour half the prepared pudding over all. Repeat layers beginning w/ remaining ladyfingers, sherry, preserves, fruit, almonds and pudding. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, top with frozen dessert topping, thawed.
