Pan-Fried Crab Cakes

Ingredients:


1/4 teaspoon salt

1 pound lump crabmeat

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 medium egg

1 cup hard boiled egg

1/2 cup butter

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

1/2 cup butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine crab, salt, pepper, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, and worcestershire-mix well add just enough soft breadcrumbs to hold together shape into small cakes heat butter in a large skillet, over a medium flame add crab cakes and fry until golden on both sides drain briefly on paper towels serve hot
