Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting |

2 large eggs |
1 can crushed pineapple in juice -- 20 oz |
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 cup walnuts -- chopped |
---FROSTING: |
1 package cream cheese -- 3 oz |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex
pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
