Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, beating with each addition, then vanilla.
2. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture.
3. Pour half of batter into greased 9 x 12-inch pan; sprinkle with 1/2 of topping.
4. Pour and spread remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining topping.
5. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 30 minutes.
Topping
Rub together all ingredients.
