Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:


1 package white cake mix

1 cup strawberries

1/2 cup wesson oil

1 package strawberry jello

1/2 cup butter or strawberry juice

4 large eggs

---FROSTING---

1 package confectioners sugar

1/2 cup strawberries -- well drained

3/4 stick butter or margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix first 5 ingredients, beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, beat 2 minutes more. Bake in two 9" layer pans at 350~F. for 30 to 35 minutes. FROSTING: Cream butter, add sugar and strawberries alternately until mixture is of spreading consistency.
