Surprise Pound Cake

Ingredients:


1 package cake mix -- (16 oz.)

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese -- (2 oz.)

---GLAZE---

1 cup confectioners sugar

1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice -- up to 3
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes one 9-inch cake 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. 2. Add blue cheese during last 2 minutes of beating time. 3. Pour batter into well-buttered, floured 9-cup bundt pan; bake according to package directions. 4. Let cake cool in pan 15 minutes. 5. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Glaze 1. Combine all ingredients until smooth. 2. Drizzle over top of cake.
