Preparation / Directions:1. Preheat oven 10 350 2. Grease and flour 1 (10 inch) round cake pan 3. Prepare cake following directions for basic recipe. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. 4. Cut and remove a 2 inch slice from center of cake. Set aside. 5. Arrange remaining pieces of cake together to form a football. 6. Frost tops and sides of cake with milk chocolate frosting. 7. Place a half cup of vanilla frosting in a small, resealable plastic bag. 8. Snip off one corner of plastic bag, and pipe frosting laces on football. 9. Frost leftover cake for service.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
