Preparation / Directions:Place diced apples in bowl. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, soda, salt, and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together. Then add to wet mixture. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350*F for 60 minutes or until cake shrinks from sides of pan. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. (Mix all ingredients together until smooth.)
