Ingredients:


2 Cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Cup sugar

1/2 Cup margarine

1/2 Cup shortening (can use all margarine)

1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa

1 Cup water

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift flour, salt and sugar together in a bowl and set aside. Boil margarine/shortening, cocoa and water and pour over flour mixture. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, soda and cinnamon and beat until smooth. Immediately pour into greased 8x 12" or 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
