Preparation / Directions:Sift flour, salt and sugar together in a bowl and set aside. Boil margarine/shortening, cocoa and water and pour over flour mixture. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, soda and cinnamon and beat until smooth. Immediately pour into greased 8x 12" or 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
