Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

3 large egg yolks mixed with 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup coconut

1 1/4 cup milk

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoon baking powder

1 large egg white beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation / Directions:

Mix egg yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix 1 cup of sugar with butter and mix together. Moisten 1/2 cup coconut into 1 1/4 cup milk and give little with 3 cups flour, 1 teas. salt, 4 teas. powder. Mix well and give 1 egg white beaten with vanilla and bake.
