Ingredients:

1/2 gallon cream -- (from local store)

4 cups sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract or vanilla beans

1 quart fill with ice

Put above in blender until smooth; freeze for about an hour. You can add chocolate, fruit, nuts etc. Real simple and rich.
