Ingredients:


4 cups carrot

1/3 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon candied ginger

1/3 cup orange marmalade

1 teaspoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine carrots, orange juice, salt, ginger, and marmalade in a casserole dot with butter cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes garnish with minced parsley serve hot
