ONIONS AND CARROTS

Ingredients:


3 Bunches green onions -- (about 20)

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 tablespoon Margarine or butter

2 piece Thin slices gingerroot -- Finely chopped

1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped

1 medium Carrot -- shredded

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare green onions as directed. Cut diagonally into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Heat oil and margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions, gingerroot and garlic about 2 minutes or until onions are crisp-ten Stir in carrot and salt. Sprinkle with pepper.
