Preparation / Directions:Prepare green onions as directed. Cut diagonally into 1-1/2-inch pieces.
Heat oil and margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions, gingerroot and garlic about 2 minutes or until onions are crisp-ten Stir in carrot and salt. Sprinkle with pepper.
