Beef Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound ground chuck

1 cup onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 tablespoon paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 dash cayenne pepper

1 can tomato sauce -- (15 oz.)

2 cups macaroni -- cooked and drained

1 cup sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown chuck and onion. Ad4 remaining ingredients; turn into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour.
