Ingredients:
5 medium chicken breasts -- split and boned |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can cream of celery soup |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 dash salt -- garlic |
1 teaspoon salt -- oregano, thyme |
1/2 cup green pepper -- sauteed inbutter |
1 1/4 cups uncooked long-grain rice |
1/8 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 pint sliced mushrooms -- (optional) |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients in bowl and blend well. Pour 1/3 of mixture into baking dish. Place chicken on top, crowding pieces to- gether. Spread remainder of mixture on top. Cover wfth 2 thicknesses of foil. Bake for 2 hours. Remove foil; cook for 1 hour.
