Chicken And Rice Casserole 2

Ingredients:


5 medium chicken breasts -- split and boned

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 dash salt -- garlic

1 teaspoon salt -- oregano, thyme

1/2 cup green pepper -- sauteed inbutter

1 1/4 cups uncooked long-grain rice

1/8 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon parsley

1 pint sliced mushrooms -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 300F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients in bowl and blend well. Pour 1/3 of mixture into baking dish. Place chicken on top, crowding pieces to- gether. Spread remainder of mixture on top. Cover wfth 2 thicknesses of foil. Bake for 2 hours. Remove foil; cook for 1 hour.
