Corned Beef Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound can corned beef hash

1/4 cup parsley -- chopped

1/4 cup pimento -- chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 dash hot sauce

1/2 cup crushed potato chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine corned beef hash, parsley, pimento, garlic and lemon juice in a 11/2 quart casserole. Mix sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Pour over hash mixture Sprinkle potato chips over top. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated, 5 to 6 minutes Makes 4 servings
